Worldwide Shipping: We ship to over 200 countries. If we cannot ship to your location, we will inform you.
Customs Fees: You may be responsible for customs fees once your package arrives in your country.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States, United Kingdom: 2-8 business days
- Canada, Europe: 3-7 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 5-7 business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 5-14 business days
Note: These times do not include our processing time of 2-5 business days.
Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you don’t receive this within 5 days, please contact us.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:

- With tags and in original packaging

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
